PT Sendtrack Teknologi Indonesia ("sendtrack.id", "we") respects the privacy of visitors to https://sendtrack.id and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).

1. Data We Collect

• Data you provide directly: name, WhatsApp number, email, and business name when filling out a demo or newsletter form.
• Technical data: UTM parameters, ctwa_clid, GCLID, TTCLID, device type, and pages visited for marketing attribution purposes.
• Ad account data: OAuth tokens for Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads accounts you voluntarily connect.

2. How We Use Data

• Processing demo requests and product-related communication.
• Calculating ad attribution (cost per lead, cost per close) within the product.
• Sending educational content (newsletter) if you voluntarily subscribe.
• Improving product quality and system security.

3. Data Security

All customer data and ad account tokens are encrypted using the AES-256 standard. Internal access to data is restricted via role-based access control (RBAC), and every access is recorded in an audit log.

4. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Indonesia's PDP Law, you have the right to access, update, request deletion of, and withdraw consent for your personal data. Submit requests to halo@sendtrack.id.

5. Data Retention

Lead and subscriber data is retained while your account is active or until you request deletion. Technical attribution data (UTM, click IDs) is retained for a maximum of 24 months for marketing analysis purposes.
