By accessing or using sendtrack.id's services provided by PT Sendtrack Teknologi Indonesia, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of Service

The service is intended for businesses using the official WhatsApp Business API to communicate with customers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for complying with WhatsApp Business, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads policies.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

Access to product features (dashboard, AI Agent, ROI dashboard) is governed by the account and subscription system managed at app.sendtrack.id. Subscription changes or cancellations take effect per the current billing cycle.

3. Limitation of Liability

sendtrack.id works to maintain the reliability and accuracy of ad attribution tracking, but does not guarantee 100% accuracy since it depends on data sent by third-party ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).

4. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and content on https://sendtrack.id belong to PT Sendtrack Teknologi Indonesia and are protected under applicable Indonesian copyright law.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will first be resolved through consultation before pursuing legal action.
